Guarantee and Return Policy
- To return your items and request a refund, email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a mailing label with instructions for you to return your products.
- We offer skin care consultations free of charge to assist in your skin care journey. We have a very high satisfaction rate and we can often provide guidance with regimens or application. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- A $12.00 shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your method of payment and is non-refundable.
- Unless otherwise noted, orders using discounts of 25% or more are final sale and are non-refundable.
- Returns are typically handled within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
- Products must have been originally purchased directly from JanuaryLabs.com or a January Labs Sales Representative. We cannot accept returns originally purchased from other retailers.
Please do not send your returns without emailing customer service or we cannot guarantee your refund.
For damaged items, please email us and provide your order number, email address, and phone number. A representative will contact you about resolving the issue.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on orders shipped internationally. This is not negotiable.
